We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  
Store Credit (gift card) is the default return resolution and offered on all orders received back to us within 7days from delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at shop@joyniqboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect all items before shipment.  However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Due to hygiene reasons, beauty tools/products, piercing jewelry (eg. earrings), socks/hosiery, body suits, intimates/lingerie cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing or fit and this will be listed in the product description.  Please choose these products carefully, as we reserve the right to reject your return unless faulty or significantly misrepresented.

Credit 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If/when approved, you’ll be automatically credited for the amount that you paid (excluding shipping fee) for an exchange. 

Our aim is to process all returns within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.  However, we ask to allow up to 5 business days in the case of higher volumes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
